  1. Can't Break Me says:

Yoga… no it’s not just for women.. olympic athletes do it among MMA fighters etc

Your coach won’t help? ask him
Work on your form + start (surprisingly helpful)
    RUN!!
    Incline Sprints (Hills)
    resistence training with parrachutes//sleds etc
    Plyometrics – look it up
Power Lifting – not bodybuilding (look up olympic compound lifts)
Eat healthy… research… + add a multivitamin to ur intake
proteins good carbs, fats, vits & mins, hydration

Consistency & Knowledge will drive you to succeed
******Computers, Coaches and Books are here for a reason ;) *****
    Good Luck Bud

  2. Plyometric training, involves jumping and overstretching the muscles.

the best way to improve sprinting however is sprinting. No two ways about it!
