I rarely use a phone, but every now and then I want to call home to get my parents to pick me up, the school office is closed and there is zero wifi in the cafeteria which is where I am forced to wait. Are there any cell phone plans that give 60 or less minutes a month. I would really like this and it would allow my parents to stay on budget even if I need to get a phone.
Are there any cell phone plans designed for people who don’t talk much?

Depending on your location, I would look for Virgin Mobile. They got a plan for $ 25 that gives you 300 talk minutes, unlimited texts, and unlimited data. I think that would be perfect for you.
