I’m making an iPhone app which involves the user entering text and flicking checkboxes. How do I get these to save/remain as they were left, when the user exits the app? Could you give me quite a bit of detail as to where I put the file as I’m new at this.

I’ve just started taking the contraceptive pill ‘Yasmin’. The leaflet says that it is advsiable to take the pill at the same sort of time every day. How strict is this? When do you class it as ‘missing’ one? I’m taking the pill around midday each day so if one day I only get to take it that evening or something is that ok?

They have delivery options at their shops but they’re really expensive- is it the same price scale if you order online?

I got a used french iphone. After restoring it using US iTune, I could not pass the first screen that ask me to activate. I tried AT&T card but didn’t work, going back to France is not an easy option. I JB it but couldn’t Unlock it due to its latest version of baseband.I can use it just like an iPod. Is there a way to make it work with a legal AT&T cards in USA or other phone company.

I have never bought speakers for iPhone/iPod, but if it charges it at the same time, then I am considering it. The trouble is there are so many!!

Can anyone recommend speakers that are good quality, looks nice, charges the phone, and more importantly – compatible with the iPhone 4!

P.S. Kind of related – but if you have one with an alarm clock, if you unplug from power source, and switch on, does it automatically resume settings?

E.g. are the settings saved on iPhone or on the Speakers?

i found verizon ihpone 4 at a hotel and when i connected it to itunes it said ” Itunes could not connect to the iphone because it’s locked with a passcode” how do i unlock the passcode in order to restore it ?

I would like to SSH into my iPhone using my HP TouchPad. I already have Preware installed on my Touchpad hence I know that I can get OpenSSH.
Also, I have an SSH client on my iPhone as well.

I havent tried this yet as I am in a controlled network environment at the moment. Would I be able to SSH into my iPhone from my TouchPad (without going outside the network)…and how?

I read on different sites a Gamekeeper is allowed to carry a gun while at work, but what type of gun and what about a knife or something like that? Is he allowed to carry a gun in public outside his estate if he brings all the proper liscences? Anything else like that one interested in becoming a Gamekeeper should know?

My cat Noodle comes and goes as he pleases – he is a bit of a wanderer, using the cat flap to get in and out. Most nights at 2, 3 or 4 am, he wakes me up by nibbling me and will not go away unless I feed him, or physically pick him up and take him to his bowl of food that I have already left out for him. If I shut my bedroom door, he will only claw the carpet. He is two years old and otherwise adorable – help!

As I ordered my iPhone a friend of mine came to stop at my house for a few days and he also has an iPhone, and now when I plug my iPhone in when the box comes up to ask what I want to do with the device my computer thinks it’s called Sam’s iPhone, though in my iTunes it’s named Josh’s iPhone. I tried to change it in my device preferences but it won’t let me delete the name, any suggestions? It’s not a major problem, just a minor annoyance.

Found out that my soon to be ex boyfriend has been looking at stuff he shouldn’t on my iPhone. Safari’s now going slowly and I need to fix it. Is it possible I have a virus?
If so, what can I do other than restore the phone?

Hey there, i have a contract with t-mobile that doesnt renew until september 2012, and i want to change my current phone to an iphone 4s.
I am going to buy a sim free 4s from apple, my question is, can i just change the sim from my old phone into the 4s and just tell t-mobile i switched phones? or will it not work at all?

How much data do I need,100MB, 500MB or 1GB? I have wi-fi at home and only really use the Facebook, Twitter and email when I’m out- although I do use twitter quite a bit!
