Well you have to set up an Apple account (ID) first. Even to download free apps you will still have to have yiur credit xard accocisted with it. You can make one on the phone or on the computer. Then, you should be able to log in by scrolling to the bottom.of a page on the app store. After that, you should be able to download applications.
Well to get apps for your iPhone you need to have an iTunes account. When you open iTunes you will need to go into the iTunes store and create an account. Apple will ask you to put in an name to use as an Apple ID and also a password. You can use either a debit, credit card or a iTunes gift card. After you are done putting in the information you can just go into the App Store and purchase them on your computer or on your phone. Hope it helps.
