Hi,
I’m making an iPhone app which involves the user entering text and flicking checkboxes. How do I get these to save/remain as they were left, when the user exits the app? Could you give me quite a bit of detail as to where I put the file as I’m new at this.

Okay atm i have an LG cookie kp501 and since orange joined signal with t-mobile i get signal where i live, but my sister has a Blackberry and when she comes 2 mine her signal isnt so good but we are on the same network. i really want to get a blackberry but whats the point if ill get no signal?

I’ve just started taking the contraceptive pill ‘Yasmin’. The leaflet says that it is advsiable to take the pill at the same sort of time every day. How strict is this? When do you class it as ‘missing’ one? I’m taking the pill around midday each day so if one day I only get to take it that evening or something is that ok?

My staff x is 3 years old now and comes from a kennel. Whenever I throw his toys he will come sprinting back, stop about 5 yards away from me and wont give the toy back. How do I get him to come and give me the ball without a fight so I can throw it again?

Ok I’m currently 5’11 and 145, reasonably lean and muscular but is this the best size for sprinting? Some say I am too heavy and that I need to lose weight, but I always thought the really muscular guys were better because of their power and strength to accelerate and maintain speed. Although Usain bolt is tall and skinny but muscular. So what is the ideal size and weight?
